From our past experiences, we recommend that our customers use boxes opposed to bags and plastic containers for their goods. This is to ensure safety for your items, as often the plastic tubs break and the bags take more time for us to pack while offering less protection.

Our team are very capable, however there are some risks we are not willing to take. We cannot risk putting bottles of pressurised gas or fuels into the truck for everyones safety. Everything else that doesn’t have a heart beat is fair game.

To ensure the fastest outcome possible, we recommend that items such as beds and play equipment be dismantled, washing machines unplugged, fridges empty and your belonings organised. If you cannot do this do not worry — our team is more than happy to take care of it for you.
